VW T-Roc Manufacturing Defects Ignored by The Service

I purchased a VW T-Roc from Doğuş Esenyurt in Istanbul, Turkey, and approximately three months after the purchase I noticed several manufacturing defects on the vehicle. The paint is not properly adhering to the surface, there is visible paint chipping at the corner of the windshield, and a piece of fabric, clearly a manufacturing residue, is stuck in the front passenger dashboard/seat area. My vehicle is still under warranty, so I contacted both VW/Doğuş Esenyurt about these issues. However, the responses I received were not satisfactory and no effective solution was offered, despite the fact that these problems are clearly related to production quality and not to user error. Considering that these defects affect both the aesthetic and potential long-term durability of the car, I request that my VW T-Roc be replaced with a defect-free vehicle. I expect this situation to be evaluated within the scope of the warranty and that a clear, written and satisfying solution will be provided as soon as possible.
