2023 Volkswagen T-cross Reverse Gear Failure

In 2023, I bought a T-cross vehicle and had a serious problem while driving in Alanya Basaran. The ESP warning light illuminated, and the vehicle would not engage in reverse gear. Concerned for my safety, I had it towed to the authorized service center right away. To my surprise, the service center staff admitted that they had never seen anything like this before and were having difficulty determining the root cause. Because of this uncertainty, I was highly dissatisfied with the service. Given the issue's persistence and unresolved nature, I believe that requesting a replacement vehicle is entirely justified. I hope they can resolve this issue quickly; if not, I'm prepared to go to court to protect my rights and ensure my safety on the road. This has not been a pleasant experience, and I am determined to see it through to a satisfactory conclusion.
