Voghion Incomplete Orders And Refund Hassles

For me, the worst thing is getting an order that isn't complete, as they often want everything back before they'll give you a refund, which is a pain because you can't use the things you did receive or, have to work hard to get that last piece, but it never comes because they can't keep track of it, blah blah. This is what Voghion made me go through. sent me four of the pieces I ordered, but I asked for five. Since the missing piece was part of the set I chose, can't use the whole order anymore, can't decide if I should return everything or not. They could have done things right the first time, so why should I have to suffer? I hate having to deal with people who are so badly skilled. hope that other people don't have to go through the same thing, just want to get my money's worth without all this extra trouble.
