Voghion sent the wrong item instead of my order, how can I request a refund?

If Voghion sent the wrong item instead of what you ordered and you want a refund;

Check your order details first;

• Log in → My Orders
• Note:
– Order number
– Item you ordered
– Item you received
• Screenshot the order and the wrong item list

Document the mistake;

• Take clear photos of:
– The wrong item received
– Packaging and label
– Order invoice/shipping slip
• Make sure the product SKU/ID is visible

Check email (including Spam);

• Search for:
– “Order confirmation”
– “Shipping update”
• Screenshot relevant emails

Contact the seller on Voghion;

• Use the in-app messaging system
• Explain:
– You received the wrong item
– You want a refund (or correct item sent)
• Attach:
– Photos of wrong item
– Order screenshot
• Screenshot your messages

Open a refund request/dispute;

• Go to the order page → Request Refund / Open Dispute
• Choose reason:
– “Wrong item received”
• Upload evidence:
– Photos of the item
– Order screenshot
– Messages with seller
• Request:
– Full refund or correct replacement

Contact Voghion Support if needed;

• Provide:
– Order number
– Evidence screenshots

• Ask them to:
– Escalate the dispute
