If Voghion hasn’t delivered your order after weeks and you want your money back;

Check your order details first;

• Log in → My Orders
• Note:
– Order number
– Order date
– Current status
• Screenshot the order page

Check tracking information;

• If tracking is provided:
– Open courier website
– Confirm no movement or invalid tracking
• Screenshot tracking results

Verify delivery timeframe;

• Compare promised delivery time with current date
• Screenshot estimated delivery window

Contact the seller on Voghion;

• Use in-app messaging only
• Ask for:
– Shipping proof
– Updated delivery date
• Screenshot conversation

Open a refund/dispute;

• Go to Order → Request Refund / Open Dispute
• Select reason:
– “Item not received”
• Upload:
– Order screenshot
– Tracking proof
– Message history
• Request full refund

Contact Voghion Support;
