Vodafone's Unfair Pricing Surfaced AfterI Paid Much More for a Cheaper Line

Hello, Vodafone officials. On November 23, I applied to transfer my line to the new Advantageous Yalın Fırsat 60 GB package for a monthly fee of 243 TL. However, just one day later on November 24, the package price dropped to 207 TL. Due to our line being activated and transferred to Vodafone, we cannot benefit from this reduction, resulting in an extra payment of 40 TL. As a student, why should I pay an additional 40 TL? I've learned that a friend who switched to Turk Telekom had their package price reduced to 115 TL, even though their line was already active. I do not accept this situation. Furthermore, Vodafone customer service initially informed me during our conversation four days ago that we had the right to cancel within the first month without incurring cancellation fees. However, now I am being told otherwise. I can provide the date, time, and details of our conversation. Please address this issue and rectify our grievances.
