Vodafone's Sneaky Data Plan Renewal

Vodafone messaged me on July 28th, 2023, to renew my second-period plan for 88.36 TL. I had intended to switch carriers, but I changed my mind and decided to renew the second-period plan for 119.00 TL on July 30, 2023. The text messages they sent about the old plan, on the other hand, are still on my phone. They seem to be making a joke out of my situation. This is not acceptable, and I will not remain silent; I will make certain that this issue is reported everywhere. It's worsening to deal with deceptive tactics from a major telecom company like Vodafone. I trusted them with my decision to stay, but their dubious actions have left me feeling duped and exploited.
