Vodafone Overcharges for Data Plan Despite Promise



I've been a Vodafone customer for many years, but their recent actions have left me feeling completely disappointed and betrayed. On August 11, 2022, I spoke with a customer service representative named Helin, who persuaded me to switch to the Vodafone Red 20 plan, promising me 99 TL for the first year and 99 TL + 5 TL if I stayed for the second. I decided to keep my line active rather than cancel it because I trusted her words. As August 2023 approached, however, I received a call from Vodafone offering me another promotion. When I mentioned my previous conversation with Helin, they denied any such arrangement and dismissed it as a rumor. Despite keeping complaint records, Vodafone showed no interest in their customers' complaints. It's infuriating to see Vodafone selectively honoring their representatives' promises while ignoring customer rights. I demand that Vodafone fulfill its commitment and keep the promises made by Helin. This experience has made me resentful of being a Vodafone customer. The attached documents contain proof of my current package information, and today is the plan's deadline.
