Weak Mobile Internet Coverage from Vodafone

I have been experiencing extremely weak mobile internet signal from Vodafone. I have called customer service multiple times, but they keep blaming a faulty nearby cell tower. They assured me they would create a report and get back to me within 9 days. It has been a month now, and I have called customer service three times explaining the situation. Each time, they promised to resolve the issue, but nothing has been done. I have never encountered such a terrible GSM operator before. We are paying for a service that is not being delivered. I have had enough and I am seriously considering switching to T**** at the earliest opportunity.
