Vodafone's Disappointing Internet: Despite Paying for 100 Mbps, Receiving Only 10

Regarding the speed of my internet connection, Vodafone's lack of customer service and help is driving me crazy. Even though I pay for 100 megabits, I'm getting maybe 10 megabits, if that. It's not the first time I've complained or tried to get in touch with them. It seems like they could care less....
