Poor Quality Contract Phone from Vodafone; Constant Complaints
I'm a Vodafone customer who recently purchased a refurbished contract phone. It couldn't read the SIM card when it arriv...ed, and the screen was cracked. I wanted to return it, but the seller refused, claiming it was damaged, and they've been opening complaint tickets for three months with no solution
