Poor Quality Contract Phone from Vodafone; Constant Complaints


I'm a Vodafone customer who recently purchased a refurbished contract phone. It couldn't read the SIM card when it arrived, and the screen was cracked. I wanted to return it, but the seller refused, claiming it was damaged, and they've been opening complaint tickets for three months with no solution. They don't offer any alternatives. I'm currently paying the bill for a product that I don't even own. Vodafone's customer service has been unable to find a solution, so I've taken to writing about it here. Dealing with a broken phone and being stuck in this frustrating situation has been a nightmare. I hope that I will be able to get my money back.
