Vodafone Package Costs Fraud
When I transferred my number to Vodafone's network, I had a bad experience at their Ersan Iletisim branch in Bagcilar. In addition, I purchased a new SIM card and signed up for their home internet service. They informed me that the number transfer and new line package, which was supposed to cost 105 TL, would be reduced to 78 TL. However, after one month, I received separate bills for 180 TL and 230 TL, which were significantly higher than the agreed-upon amount. They did not obtain our signatures or make any formal commitments. An employee named M***** *** shared this information with us. I can provide their contact information if necessary. I am extremely dissatisfied with these inflated bills, which clearly indicate deceptive practices on the part of Vodafone. If the problem is not resolved quickly, I will escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Board and consider legal action, and I will also consult with my 20+ friends who are considering Vodafone number portability.
