Vodafone's Authorized Dealer Overcharging

9

I'm frustrated because a Vodafone-authorized corporate dealer is charging me twice the official price for a line transfer. Despite reporting the incident to a Vodafone customer representative and being assured that an investigation would be conducted, no action has been taken. Furthermore, when attempting to obtain a secondary line from the same dealer, they demanded 100 TL rather than the legal fee of 67 TL. A Vodafone customer service representative initially confirmed the correct fee, but another later claimed the price was in the 100 TL to 200 TL range. Vodafone's reputation is on the line, and the company appears to be drifting away from being a dependable communication provider. We're considering switching to a different operator with six users at home if no action is taken against this dealer. I can't take it any longer. If necessary, I will express my displeasure on social media. I urgently request that a Vodafone representative contact me and address this matter as soon as possible.
