Unauthorized Price Hike by Vodafone

I've been a Vodafone customer for quite some time, and they increased my current plan from 63 to 94 TL without any prior notice or consent. Unfortunately, Vodafone is used by everyone in my household. If this problem is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to port my number to another service provider. They claim to have sent an SMS notification, but neither of us received one. Vodafone's lack of transparency and communication has left me very disappointed. As a returning customer, I expect better service and clear communication about any changes to my plan. This unexpected price increase feels like a betrayal. It's upsetting to see businesses exploit their customers with no accountability. I'm hoping they can address this issue and correct the situation, or else I'll be forced to switch to a competitor who values its customers' loyalty and respects their rights.
