Transferring A GSM Number To Vodafone

I switched my number from Turkcell to Vodafone on June 11th. By July 11th, I received the sim card, but couldn't sign the legal papers as I wasn't home. Fast forward to August 25th, and I'm still unable to make outgoing calls. Despite reaching out to the courier multiple times, there's been no progress. They promised to send it via MNG cargo, but it's still pending. Numerous calls to customer service, even with a priority request, yielded no results. Their assurance of a suitable day and time for the courier was misleading – it seemed good for the courier, not me. Every call redirects me to another number, or I wait endlessly in line. Pressing '1' for a callback is futile; no one calls back. I've spent 2 hours daily for 5 days listening to Vodafone's theme music. I write this from Tekirdag Malkara with a plea: Vodafone, take control of your couriers, improve customer service, and streamline your number porting process. May this post reach those in charge and trigger positive change. If not, I hope my message resonates with others and prompts smarter choices.
