Vodafone Misled and Stalled Me By Saying A Refund Would Be Given
I had the right to 4 days of free use abroad every month included in my package; I used this right for 4 days in Poland. When my bill was issued, I was faced with a very large bill and called customer service. The officer I spoke to stated that he saw a possible problem with the billing of the line and that the excess amount would be refunded to me. When he asked how I wanted to receive the refund, we agreed that since I would be porting my number, I would first pay the invoice and then give my IBAN to receive the refund. I paid the bill, but when no one asked for IBAN, I called customer service again. This time, the person I spoke to told me that I would be refunded ₺419 and that I would be called again for IBAN. When no one called me again, I called customer service again and they told me that there was no refund and that the fee would not be refunded. This officer even stated that the 4-day free international use for my line was a one-time only, but this was not the case, I had an unlimited package and "4 days free domestic service every month". I had external use. I cannot get accurate information; customer representatives give different information. As a result, I will request the voice recordings through a lawyer and file a lawsuit. I realized that I was being made fun of and brushed aside, and since I couldn't get accurate information, I couldn't find out where the problem was coming from. It wasn't enough for me to spend days on the phone trying to get a penny; now we will talk to lawyers and cases. It's a shame, really. Vodafone was a regret for me.
