Vodafone's Network and Online Data Flow Are Dead

For about ten days, I've been complaining about Vodafone and Vodafone Net. During the day, my phone calls are disconnected. My voice does not change direction. I'm unable to hold a productive conversation. I have virtually no internet data flow. Vodafone customer service is inaccessible. They wrote that they attempted to contact me but were unable to do so, with the exception of messages that did not provide an automatic solution, despite the fact that I have complained numerous times here. They can't reach me because my phone line isn't working in the first place. My phone is not switched off. Such a poor and ineffective service for the product I purchased could not be found in any other institution. Despite the fact that I have been using the same phone line and communication company for the past 23 years, it is time to switch. I've included images that show how I can't make phone calls or use the Internet during the day.
