Vodafone GSM Suspension and Unresolved Charges

Mustafa A*** M*** is my name, and I was born on January 13, 1992. 546***71 is my contact number. I'm having serious problems with my Vodafone line. I'm unable to make or receive outgoing or incoming calls. When I try to call, a recording says, 'Your number is restricted from making this type of call. Please get in touch with customer service.' However, even contacting customer service is proving difficult. The frustrating cycle continues. I recharged my account today for 150 TL, and the charge was deducted, but my line is still inactive. I can't go to a Vodafone store because I'm currently abroad. I beg you to resolve this matter as soon as possible and to activate my line. Your help is desperately needed to resolve this ongoing annoyance.
