Vodafone Network Issue, Blocked from Making Calls, Unresponsive Customer Service

I can't make any calls because my Vodafone line is acting up, for a while now whenever I try to make calls,  always get this annoying automated response that's like, "Sorry, but you can't make this kind of call with your number."  No matter how hard I've tried, I just can't figure out this problem. Turns out, loads of other Vodafone customers are going through the same thing, just like me. called up Vodafone's customer service, hoping they could help me out. But man, let me tell you, their response was even worse, they acted all clueless, as if they had no idea what we were talking about. I was even more pissed off because the person I was talking to didn't seem to care about the problem even one bit.
