Vodafone Call Forwarding Problem Not Fixed, Line Rings Busy

I was unable to dial and online for Vodafone call forwarding and called the call center. The authorized friend there provided support for call forwarding and shared the information that he successfully completed the call forwarding to my other line. The last situation we came to; my Vodafone line that I forwarded is busy, whether it is on or off. When I called customer service again after so many problems, the friend there shared the information that the first 2 teammates made a mistake, call forwarding could not be done from here, and that those friends could go up to termination of employment with a serious warning. Putting aside the financial and moral loss I have experienced with my phone ringing busy (which I will never let go of), I am informed that I should go to the dealer as a solution.
