Vodafone's Exorbitant Fees and Lack of Customer Support

July 12, 2023 12:14 AM18

At Vodafone, I transferred my spouse's line to my name, but Vodafone doesn't seem to care about dealing with customers at their official locations (mall-based dealers), claiming that their system is down. So we went to a regular dealer, where they charged us an extra 500 TL under the guise of an "extra service fee," despite the fact that the transfer fee should have been 375 TL, according to the information I received from a Vodafone customer representative. They are clearly exploiting people. We didn't have a choice but to comply. When we contacted the customer service representative, they simply stated that they had no information about the dealers they authorize and quickly opened a complaint record. However, because I don't believe this can be resolved without writing here and knowing that no one will contact me, I'm sharing my ordeal here and demanding that my grievance be resolved.
