I Lost the Promotional Plan Thanks to Vodafone's Regrettable Experience

I switched my phone line to Vodafone, thinking I successfully became a Vodafone user. However, I purchased the line from a dealership, and when the courier delivered it in the evening, I declined the purchase, stating I bought it directly from the dealership. Surprisingly, my existing line was canceled. The dealership insisted on charging me 150 TL to reinstate it, but I refused. When I contacted customer service, they directed me back to the dealership, which proved unhelpful. They claimed the promotional campaign had ended, leaving me in a predicament without access to the 16 GB data, 1000 minutes, and 250 SMS plan for 107 TL that initially attracted me to Vodafone. This situation feels like being caught in the middle, and as tariffs increase, I'm left regretting my decision, thanks to Vodafone's lack of resolution.
