Months of Vodafone Service Failures and Technical Incompetence

My journey with Vodafone has been nothing short of a nightmare since I ported my number in January 2022. Here's a chronicle of the ongoing fiasco: Despite my request to receive the SIM card from the store, most dealers refused, adding an unnecessary hurdle to the process. From January 2023 onwards, I've been unable to reload credit or purchase any packages. The simple tariff I desired apparently requires mystical powers, as the dealers claim to lack the authority to process such requests. The call center consistently directs me to the dealer, while the dealer insists the issue should be resolved through the call center. A classic case of passing the buck. On November 20, 2023, during my eighth visit to the dealer, no transactions could be made. Oddly, the dealer could see my number on their screen, while the call center claimed it was invisible in their system. Attempts to contact the call center via my own phone result in the bizarre response that I have no calling rights, promptly ending the call. Vodafone's solution: They suggest performing transactions through Vodafone Yanımda, but I've been barred from accessing it for months. Password updates fail in a loop, leaving me stuck in a frustrating cycle. According to the call center, my line is restricted, but the dealer suggests they can't revive an openly active line. Considering the technical turmoil, I'm left with several unsettling possibilities: Vodafone's indulging in an elaborate prank. Vodafone is attempting to destabilize my private number. Vodafone is taking a cue from the playbook of infamous companies. Vodafone has decided to boost profits through unreliable service. Vodafone's technical infrastructure is so poor that even basic issues are beyond resolution.
