Vodafone Online Provider Change Is Not Happening

It's been like four whole days since I applied through that e-government, got my SIM card delivered, and got that activation message. I thought I was good, but now nothing goes any further. Once I started doing what the app told me, everything just went downhill. a random error just pops up. I gave it my all, putting in time, energy, and trust, hoping things would go smoothly with the new provider. But all I have now is this annoying cycle of trying and failing over and over again, with promises that never seem to come true. This isn't about getting some generic response or some automated message. I wanna an approach that's all about the customers and actually fixes the real problem behind these errors. Just tell me what I should do next, or fix your technical issues, if none if possible just cancel all.
