Vodafone's Delayed SIM Activation
I recently ordered an online SIM card from Vodafone Telecommunications Company, and it arrived exactly one week later. I'm extremely disappointed, however, because they misled me by promising that the SIM card would be activated within 2 to 4 days. It's been a week, and my line is still not operational. The most aggravating aspect is that Vodafone's customer service appears to be more interested in stalling than in resolving the problem. They keep promising that it will be activated in two days, but the problem remains. I put my trust in Vodafone and even canceled my Turkcell SIM card, only to find myself without a phone. This experience has been a major disappointment, leaving me stranded and frustrated.
