Delayed Delivery of Additional Device from Vodafone

On July 11, 2023, I put in a request to add another device to my Vodafone bill. The expected date of delivery is between July 13 and July 15, 2023. I got a message that said the order had already been sent. But when I called Vodafone's customer service, they told me that they hadn't sent the item to the courier yet. They say that the paperwork is done and that all that needs to be done is to send it to the courier. But for some reason, the item has not been sent. The estimated delivery date has already been pushed back, and since courier services will be closed on July 15, it will now be July 17 or later before the package gets there. I want my order sent to the courier today so that this problem goes away. Vodafone, please do something about this unhappy customer and fix the problem quickly.
