Vodafone Internet Not Working for Days
I've been a Vodafone customer for a long time, but for the past four days, I haven't been able to connect to the internet or get on the network. I must have called Vodafone's customer service at least a hundred times, but I never got through to a person. Since they put in that stupid voice response system, I haven't been able to connect to the internet for four days in a row. Even though I pay well over a thousand liras every month in bills, the quality of service is terrible. It's gotten so bad that I can't take it anymore. I'll be going to the Office of consumer rights in the morning to file a complaint.
