I started working with Vlom.com in June 2021 with the intention of investing in the U.S. stock market. Within two months, I deposited around $20,000. Every day they sent me a form, and I was buying Citigroup shares under the guidance of a broker named H****.
At one point, I successfully withdrew about $1,500 profit. But soon after, they demanded that I deposit more money. When I explained that I couldn’t, they began ignoring me and insisted I complete the 100-lot agreement we had initially discussed.
I then started trading on my own, and my account balance grew to around $23,000. However, Vlom told me my trades were invalid and that they would not release my funds. Despite my repeated emails, they kept responding that I had not met contract conditions and claimed they would deduct a $21,000 commission for 8 incomplete lots.
My money is still sitting in my MetaTrader account, but after 2.5 years, Vlom has refused to send it to me. This is unacceptable, and I am filing this complaint to demand that Vlom.com release my funds immediately.
