About 4–5 months ago, I purchased a Vivo Y29 phone from the MediaMarkt Piazza Mall Kartal branch, and since the day I bought it I have been experiencing ongoing problems. The phone keeps developing new issues, and I have now reached the point where it is becoming almost unusable.
First of all, the Bluetooth connection with my car constantly disconnects. When I connect the phone, sometimes the sound does not transmit through the car at all, sometimes it works, and other times the connection completely drops when I try to mirror navigation on the screen. I tested the same car multiple times with other phones and none of them had this issue—the problem only occurs with my phone. Because of this, I am experiencing serious difficulties during hands-free calls and navigation use in the car.
Currently, I am also experiencing a serious issue during phone calls. Sometimes the other person’s voice sounds robotic and slowed down, and sometimes the phone suddenly shuts down during a call. In other words, the device can no longer reliably perform its most basic function—making phone calls.
When I reviewed complaints and user comments online, I saw many cases where customers reported that sending the phone to service did not solve the problem, with comments such as “the phone went to service and came back, but the problem continues.” I had previously submitted a complaint as well, but no response was provided. Because of this, I am concerned about sending the device for service and being left without a phone for days while still not receiving a solution.
I am extremely uncomfortable experiencing so many problems in such a short period of time, and the issues continue to increase. I am willing for my device to be inspected by the service center if necessary, but because I believe this phone will not provide a reliable solution even after service, I request that the Vivo Y29 be replaced with a different model. I would like my inconvenience to be resolved urgently and to switch to a device that I can use reliably without ongoing problems.
