Vivense Dining Table Refund Delay

I purchased a kitchen table from Vivense about a month ago, but they sent the wrong color for the model I ordered. Despite requesting an exchange, they sent the same incorrect table again. Taking matters into my own hands, I returned the table with the delivery person, prompting a new exchange process that would take another 10 days. Frustrated with the brand's irresponsible behavior, which cost me time and satisfaction, I decided to cancel the order. It took five days for them to pick up the table after we finally managed to get in touch. However, to my bewilderment, my refund has not been processed yet. I don't understand what they are waiting for. Are there so many dissatisfied customers, or am I being overlooked? I'm left wondering if the brand, aside from sending the wrong table, has adopted a problem-solving approach that neglects professionalism, leaving customers constantly distressed.
