Vivense Causes Problems With My Lina Bedroom Set and Masse Sofa Delivery

On August 15, I ordered the Lina Bedroom Set and Masse Corner Sofa from Vivense and paid the full amount, including delivery and installation. My delivery address is in Konyaaltı, Antalya, on the 12th floor, but I was told that items could only be carried up to 30 deci and a maximum of the 6th floor, meaning I had to rent an external lift. Since the lift is rented by the hour, I asked for a fixed delivery date and time. As a working person, I also need to arrange leave for that day. I repeatedly explained this to customer service, but Vivense said they couldn’t provide a clear delivery date or time, that the two products would not even arrive on the same day, and that I would only receive a form two days before delivery, with the possibility that it could even be a day later than requested. Even though my products are in the Antalya warehouse, they still haven’t been delivered. Every time I call, I have to explain the situation again, but no solution or follow-up is provided, and the customer service approach is careless and uninterested. Because of this uncertainty in the delivery process, I have been left in a difficult situation. I requested an order cancellation and refund if delivery was not possible, but was told I did not have this right. I also asked to coordinate directly with the warehouse for scheduling, but despite the need for hourly lift rental, Vivense said they could only give me the delivery time 30 minutes before shipment on the day itself. I have arranged the lift rental and my leave for September 13 at 5:00 PM, and I request delivery on this date. Otherwise, if my problem is not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
