Vivense Cabinet Order Delay


I recently made a purchase from Vivense for a cabinet that I plan to mount on top of my washing machine. Even though it's been 15 days, the cabinet still hasn't shown up. When I contacted Vivense, their response was quite disappointing: "We are unable to send it at this time, and we cannot provide an estimated delivery date." I've been trying to get a refund from Vivense for the past month, but they still haven't reimbursed me. It's really frustrating. I kindly request a refund for the amount I paid.
