Vitra Delays Missing Bathroom Cabinet Parts Due to Warehouse Inventory Audit

I purchased a Vitra brand bathroom cabinet from Bauhaus in Ankara on June 25–26, and installation was performed by Vitra’s team on July 4. When the Vitra installer opened the package, it was discovered that the cabinet drawer was defective and several parts were missing from inside the box. I was informed that an order for the missing components was placed on July 4, and I have been waiting ever since.
Today, on August 3, I was called by customer service and told that a warehouse inventory audit was underway, pushing the delivery back until after August 15 while citing "legal timeframe limits." Even though delivering a product with missing and defective parts directly out of the box is entirely Vitra’s fault, I refuse to accept excuses about legal timeframes and being forced to use an incomplete bathroom for over a month.
I am being penalized for internal inventory processes that have nothing to do with me, and my missing parts have still not arrived. I demand that my missing components be shipped immediately without any further delay and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
