Vivense Damaged Wardrobe, Delayed Return and Refund Request

Vivense Damaged Wardrobe, Delayed Return and Refund Request
July 21 3:06 PM

On 10.06.2026 I purchased a Capra Bohem wardrobe from Vivense with the order number 958f08674860 at the İzmir Kısıkköy store. Although the delivery interval was given as 18–25 June, the product was delivered only on 2 July. When the wardrobe arrived, the middle upright panel was damaged. Since the delivery was already delayed, I was told that they would handle it urgently, but they could not deliver a single middle panel even in 19 days. On 4 July I was informed that the production of the part was completed, yet its shipment from İnegöl to İzmir took until 20 July. Due to this extreme delay and the lack of clear information, I created a return request on 16 July. Despite this, on 21 July I received a message stating that they would come for installation the next day, which shows that my return request was not even processed in the system. In the meantime, I bought a wardrobe from another company and I am waiting for Vivense to collect the product so that I can have the new wardrobe installed. When I called customer service today, I was told that there was some confusion, that the product would be collected from my address within 14 business days, and that the refund would be made within 14 business days after the collection. Due to the delivery delay, the damaged product, the delay of the replacement part and now the delay of the return process, I have been living for about a month in a bedroom full of packages and parts, and I am being asked to wait at least 14 more business days. I request that the wardrobe be collected from my address urgently and that the refund be deposited into my account as soon as possible. Otherwise, I state that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the relevant legal authorities.
