Viomi 5pro Robot Vacuum Unjust Service Charge
On December 25, 2022, I bought a Viomi 5pro robot vacuum cleaner. However, I sent it to the service center after 3 months, even though I'd never used it with water and had trouble connecting to it from the day I bought it. They said that water got into the robot and humidity damaged it, which was not true, and they wanted me to pay 2200 TL for service, even though I had already paid 9250 TL for the machine. I'm going to ask for the machine to be sent back and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. This is an attempt to trick customers because there was no mistake on their part.
