Gulf Insurance Warranty Fail: Vatan Bilgisayar Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Issues

I bought a Xiaomi Mop Pro robot vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar in Silivri, Istanbul on March 15, 2021. On or around October 1, 2023, the dust and water tank that can be used for both wet and dry cleaning began to leak water. I decided to extend the warranty for my purchase based on the recommendation of a salesperson from Vatan Bilgisayar. It did come with an extra cost, but I opted for Gulf Sigorta's Pleasure Insurance. They told us that the warranty for the product lasts for 2 years, and then they offer an extra year of coverage. Even though the regular warranty from the manufacturer ended, they said that the extended warranty from Gulf Sigorta is still valid. But, when I sent the product for service, they refused to fix it, saying it was my fault, even though it's difficult to understand how water leaking in the robot vacuum's tank could be my fault. The problem with this extended warranty is a total mess. The company that rejected the service is called Smart Service Information Technologies Inc. They reject everything and claim it's user error. I'm thinking about bringing this up with the consumer arbitration board.
