TrustRadius Refused to Publish My Review Despite Years of Using the Software

For a program I have been using for more than 3 years, I took a lot of time penning a thorough, honest, and absolutely legitimate review on TrustRadius. I even sent a screen grab and other strong evidence to support it. But let me say what? They hardly gave publishing it much thought either. Rather, they returned requesting some arbitrary purchase order or invoice, which makes no sense. I have demonstrated over years that I have been using the program. To be honest, they seemed to be trying to hide the incentive or maybe simply not give a damn about honest customer ratings. In either case, it was a major time waster. Save yourself the work if you intend to evaluate TrustRadius. The work on this platform is not worth it.
