Viewsonic VX2758-2K Monitor Light Leakage Ignored by the Service

I purchased a Viewsonic VX2758-2K monitor from Vatan Bilgisayar's Esenyurt branch on April 14, 2026. Approximately three weeks after purchase, I noticed a significant light leakage issue, particularly at the bottom and top right/left corners of the screen. I immediately sent the monitor to KVK service under warranty. KVK responded that the light leakage at the bottom of the screen was within the panel's manufacturing tolerances, that no fault affecting image performance was found, and that no action was taken due to their light leakage policies. However, I use this monitor for graphic work, not gaming, and this light leakage has become noticeable at the top of the screen over time. This situation is seriously bothersome and negatively impacts my work. I want to emphasize that this issue directly affects my user experience and professional work, noting that my device was examined at KVK service under registration number 2602770510. Due to this dissatisfaction, I request a replacement monitor or, if possible, a refund.
