Victoria's Secret Sent Me a Dirty and Clearly Used Product - Refund Denied

Victoria's Secret sent me a dirty and clearly used product. It hasn't even been a week since my order arrived, so I should have the right to return it. However, because it's in the lingerie category, there's a note saying it cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (gift wrapping, etc.). But I absolutely cannot accept a used and stained item, especially since it didn't fit me anyway. I want to return the product.
