I haven't received any updates from customer service or the courier for a whole week. On May 10th, I made a purchase for perfume on the Victoria's Secret website. On May 16th, I collected it from the Ankara Panora store, only to discover that instead of perfume, it contained lingerie when I opened it half an hour later. My husband made a trip to the store to return an item, and they promised to send us an email. They also suggested reaching out to customer service for any additional help we might need. I reached out to customer service on Monday and was informed that they would follow up with me. The store insists that they sent the email. Store manager Mr. A**** was quite helpful, although his abilities are limited to sending emails. I keep trying to return the item to the store, but no one at the company seems to be taking any action. It's unrealistic to expect a globally recognised brand to never let down its customers, improve customer service, or quickly resolve issues. They are failing to support their reputation.
