For 10 days, not a single solution has been proposed regarding my complaint. I sent an email again, and they only said that they had informed the relevant department.

Around 15-20 days ago, I bought a perfume from Victoria's Secret through their online store. The bottle's top part broke after the third use. Right from the start, the perfume didn't spray correctly. I went to the store, but the sales representative seemed completely uninterested and responded to me in a dismissive manner. I walked out of the store and gave customer service a call, but unfortunately, they were of no assistance. I even sent an email and didn't receive any response. There hasn't been any resolution.
