On August 25, I placed an order for a body spray from the official Victoria’s Secret website, paying by credit card (Order No: 668CC4845I). Even though two weeks have passed, my order still hasn’t been shipped, and I have not received any updates or notifications. The delivery address is in Istanbul, and I purchased the product as a gift for a friend. I’m very disappointed and embarrassed, as the long delay has left me empty-handed and unable to give the gift on time.
I’ve called customer service multiple times, but each time I was told that “someone will look into it,” with no real action or follow-up taken. My order remains unshipped, and no solution has been offered so far.
I request that my order be shipped immediately and that my grievance be resolved without further delay. Otherwise, I will continue to pursue my complaint through all available channels.
