I Received a Damaged Victoria's Secret Product Covered in Scratches and Stains




I’m writing to report a serious issue with my order, number 376XX2844F. The product I received was completely damaged—not just in one spot, but covered in scratches all over. On top of that, the colored paper used for packaging left visible stains on the item itself.
This is completely unacceptable. It seems that under the excuse of “discounted pricing,” damaged and defective products are being sent to customers. When I contacted customer service, they asked for photos and finally agreed to replace the product—but acted like it was a huge favor. To make things worse, they expect me to personally deliver the damaged item back to the courier. How is this a solution?
This is not how customer grievances should be handled. I demand a proper resolution where I’m not made to jump through hoops for something that wasn’t my fault. Fix this, and stop treating damaged deliveries like a minor issue.
