Zara Refund or Replacement Request Ignored
I placed an order on April 23, 2024, for item number 5324***3309 and received it on April 27, 2024. However, item number 2142/011 had stains on it, requiring me to inform you. I sent this item without notification using the relevant tracking number, and then called customer service to explain the situation. They advised me to file a claim if the package was returned. However, I mistakenly returned the stained item, assuming that a unstained one had arrived with a different order. The tracking number for the unstained item was 4055975667416. I request a refund for the returned item or the stained item to be sent back to me. Additionally, I would like this matter to be investigated through surveillance footage and want to express that I do not forgive this mistake.
