I purchased Vichy Dercos shampoo from an authorized pharmacy, not online, expecting top-quality from a well-known brand. However, after just one month, the shampoo’s consistency became heterogenous, as if it had gone bad. The bottle clearly states “12M,” meaning it should last for 12 months, but it’s only been 5 months since I bought it. When I contacted Vichy customer service, they were unhelpful and didn’t resolve my issue. I never expected this from a brand like Vichy, and after this experience, I will not be purchasing any of their products again.
