On September 20, 2025, I purchased a Vichy Dercos Energy+ Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo from a pharmacy. From the first day I started using it, I began to experience an allergic reaction on my scalp, including severe dandruff, flaking, and itching. I have been using the shampoo for about one month, and these symptoms have continued without improvement.
Considering that this product is significantly more expensive than similar alternatives, encountering such negative side effects has left me deeply disappointed and damaged my trust in the brand. I sent an email to Vichy customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I still have the product packaging in my possession.
