Viagogo Still Hasn’t Sent My Fenerbahçe vs. Lyon Basketball E-Ticket

On March 3rd, I purchased a ticket for the Fenerbahçe vs. Lyon-Villeurbanne men’s basketball match. I have both my access code and order number, yet I still haven’t received my e-ticket.

The game is scheduled for March 13th, and despite repeatedly checking my email and Viagogo account, my ticket is nowhere to be found. The system keeps saying “Tickets will arrive on time”, but with the event fast approaching, I am extremely frustrated and anxious.

I demand an immediate resolution—either send my ticket now or issue a refund so I can find an alternative. This delay is completely unacceptable!
