Viagogo Didn’t Send My Tickets – 4 Hours Left Until Match

I purchased two tickets for the Fenerbahçe vs. Kasımpaşa match, but with only 4 hours left until the game starts, I still haven’t received them. At this point, I highly doubt the tickets will even arrive.

I have bought tickets from other platforms multiple times, and I have never faced this issue before. This level of unreliability and lack of communication is unacceptable.

Viagogo, send my tickets immediately or issue a full refund! If this is not resolved right away, I will proceed with legal action. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I need a response now!
