Viagogo Fenerbahçe vs. Rangers Tickets Not Delivered

I purchased four tickets for the Fenerbahçe vs. Rangers match through Viagogo, but the tickets have not been uploaded to my account. I have received three separate emails stating that the tickets were transferred, yet every time I check my Passolig app, the tickets do not appear.

I have contacted four different Viagogo customer service representatives, and each time, they assured me that the issue would be resolved and even mentioned that they would provide better seats if necessary. However, with only hours left before the match, I still do not have my tickets.

I have valid e-ticket eligibility, and I have tried logging in and out of the app multiple times, but the tickets are still missing. I demand an immediate solution so I can attend the match. Viagogo must fix this issue now!
